Campus Director of Children's Ministries - Lockport Campus
(Part-time - 20 hours)

The Kidz Connection Children's Ministry at Parkview is currently seeking a Campus Director of Children's Ministries for the Lockport Campus. This leadership position requires a team player with a love for children and a concern for their spiritual growth. The Campus Director of Children's Ministries will cast vision and develop and oversee volunteers, programs and curriculum to provide a biblically-based, well-rounded ministry to children birth-5th grade.

The qualified candidate must have a mature faith in Jesus Christ and lead by example. He or she must have proven ability to build teams and carry out the vision of the ministry. Additionally, applicants must understand the needs of children and parents in today's culture, be an equipper who is able to work with all kinds of people, easy to approach, warm, strong enough to handle conflict, able to manage multiple tasks and the stress of leadership.

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Love for children and an enthusiastic attitude are musts. This is a Campus Director level position with a direct report to the Director of Children's Ministries. The Campus Director will give oversight to one direct report, the Early Childhood Coordinator, and requires the ability to cultivate new leadership for ministry. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in children's ministry birth-5th grade.
